PALLET FLOW Pallet Racks - First-In/First-Out High Density Warehouse Storage

Pallet Flow warehouse storage racks save you both labor and floor space by providing high-density storage with multople order picking levels. In this first-in/first-out flow system, pallets are loaded at one end of the rack and move to the other, taking advantage of all available storage space and ensuring the faces along the picking aisle are stocked.

Drive-In/Drive-Thru warehouse storage racks are ideal for facilities that store large amounts of the same items. You can store up to 75% more pallets than with conventional pallet rack.  A forklift drives directly into the rack, allowing storage of six or more pallets deep. 

With Drive-In pallet racks systems, the same entry and exit point is used providing last-in/first-out storage. Drive-Thru uses separate entrance and exit points providing last-in/first-out storage.

PUSH BACK Pallet Racks - More Picking Faces/Fewer Aisles

Push Back warehouse storage racks are designed for high-density, multiple-product storage, optimizing the use of your storage area while still providing excellent selectively. Using telescoping carraiges, it stores pallets two, three, four or five deep, feeding and retrieving the pallets from one aisle. It allows aisle access in a last-in/first-out rotation minimizing space requirements.

Pallet is loaded on a free-rolling carriage and pushed back into the pallet racks system when you load another pallet. When unloading, gravity pushes the pallets forward to the front of the aisle.
