BI4840 Collapsible Bulk Shipping Containers are manufactured from high density polyethylene structural foam, making it able to handle the tough jobs. Available in 34" & 39" heights, as well as your choice of 1 or 2 access doors on the 48" sides, allowing you to customize them to fit your exact needs.

This bulk containers return ratio of 2.3 to 1, allows you to save on return shipping expenses. Its 48"x40" footprint makes cubing out truck trailers and shipping containers easy and works well with pallet rack systems.

• Easy to Collapse - one person can quickly and easily collapse by releasing the autolock clips and folding down the hinged sidewalls.
• High Return Ratio - stacked and collapsed, these bulk containers save space and are the most cost effective container for return shipping.
• Efficient Cubing - standard footprints and heights mean optimal cubing on truck trailers and ISO containers.
• Quick Sidewall Replacement - the hinged sidewalls are easily replaced with a flathead screwdriver, making it simple to retrofit bulk containers for different height or door configurations.
• Foolproof Autolock Clips - spring-loaded, sliding clips automatically lock hinged sidewalls and access doors and are easily released by squeezing the clip.
• Beveled Openings - low profile, beveled fork straps allow easy handing with domestic and European pallet jacks and on roller conveyors.
• Recyclable - high density polyethylene (HDPE) can be recycled.
