Disposable Dunnage Air Bags - Product Damage Protection

When rigidity means more than elasticity, paper shipping air bags are the choice for you. Costly transit damage adds to the final cost of goods and directly effects your bottom line.

By filling voids, bracing loads and absorbing vibration, effectively keeping product in place, damage is reduced and/or eliminated by the use of shipping supplies air bags.

Paper Dunnage Air Bags are manufactured with extensible Kraft paper and are available in a variety of plys and styles including glued or sewn end.

TRUCK
Product loads shipped by truck can experience movement from front to back, side to side or vertically causing potential damage to your valuable cargo.

Dunnage air bags reduce load movement by creating a wall that helps keep the load in place.  Placing one or two bags properly at the rear of the load, helps to restrict side movement by filling lateral voids and holding load firmly against the sidewalls of the truck.

INTERMODAL
Meet Association of American Railroad (AAR) specifications for proper and safe loading of many inter modal shipments.

Product loads shipped by piggyback or sea containers can often be subjected to prolonged, excessive movement, sometimes over very long distances, making it even more imperative that you use reliable bracing to ensure that your product arrives undamaged.

Dunnage air bags help to re-position loads toward end walls, assisting to eliminate length-wise voids, as well as acting as a cushion to help absorb shock.

OCEAN CONTAINER
Product loads shipped by overseas containers can shift both laterally and lengthwise if not properly cross-wire braced.  Dunnage air bags are placed between lengthwise rows of the load to prevent movement.
