Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our friendly team, who share our desire to deliver "knock your socks off customer service". We are not a call center.   • Processing orders and following up on the order status through to successful delivery.

  • Keyboarding a minimum of 45 wpm.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

This is a full time position starting between $15-$17 per hour depending on experience and skill; possibility to earn monthly and quarterly bonuses, paid vacation beginning after one year, medical benefits, and retirement plan offered. Successful completion of substance test and a background check are mandatory.

Outside Sales Territory Account Manager

DACO, a material handling and packaging solutions distributor, is looking for an Outside Sales Territory Account Manager.  The main focus of this position is to develop and grow existing accounts by providing solutions based service offerings focused on increasing customer’s productivity.  
Solutions include but not limited to:

  • Designing and installing modular structures, enclosures, pallet rack storage shelving,  and conveyor systems
  • Plastic returnable hand held containers and bulk bins
  • Presenting ergonomic lift equipment and products

The sales professional will be calling on a diverse mixture of industries within the assigned geographic area:  Food Processors, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Retail. The geographic sales area is a well-established territory that is currently generating revenue. 

The geographic territory will cover:  North King County, Snohomish and Skagit Counties.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Calling and building relationships with existing customers
  • Prospecting for new customers by cold calling
  • Maintain a high and consistent activity level by utilizing: Face to Face Meetings, Phone, and Email.
  • Creating and presenting formal quotations and proposals

The ideal candidate:

  • 3- 4 years outside sales experience
  • Experience using CRM, Word, Excel and other software packages
  • Experience presenting to a wide range of decision maker from: C-Level contacts to Line Level Employees.  
  • A college education or equivalent
  • Excellent communication  and strong mathematical skills
  • Have a clear understanding of the “Sales Process”
  • Must have the ability to work independently

Typical working hours:   A minimum of 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday

Starting Pay:  DOE.  Base salary plus bonuses (moving to commissions after 1st year) and benefits.
