Pallet Flow Pallet Racks, also called live picking rack, is comprised of slightly inclined platforms of wheels and rollers. Cartons / containers are placed on the platforms at the back, high end and slide down to the front where they are ready to be picked.
This racking system requires both a loading aisle and picking aisle.

Medium-depth bays are the most commonly used. Platforms can be standardized bed frames (without inclined bed frames) or fitted with display trays.
The incline can be adjusted to allow easier access to box / container contents. The height and slope can be modified in gauges of 22 mm, as can the rails can be adjusted in gauges of 12.5 mm in order to find the ideal position for each box.
