First-In/First-Out High Density Pallet Storage Rack

Pallet Flow Pallet Racks are compact systems, designed with roller track sections placed on sloped lanes allowing palletised loads to easily glide over them.

In this first-in/first-out flow system, pallets are loaded on the high end of the rolling lane and by force of gravity move at a controlled speed towards the other end where they remain until they are ready to be picked, taking advantage of all available storage space and ensuring the faces along the picking aisle are stocked.

In a first-in, first-out system, the first pallet put in the system row is the first pallet to be taken out.  When the first pallet is removed, all other pallets behind it will move forward one position, enabling perfect rotation of stored product and ideal for storing perishable goods.

Pallet flow systems are ideal for operations that entail a significant amount of pallet or carton order picking, allowing for quick and efficient inventory turnover, while doubling or tripling your capacity compared to drive-in or conventional pallet rack.
