Selective pallet racks system layouts can vary depending on your facility requirements, but a common layout usually has single rows placed at the walls and back-to-back rows placed in between.

Pallet size and weight, forklift and/or pallet jack dimensions and usable warehouse height, are all factors when determining the aisle width and rack height of the racking system.

The piston lock is damage and tamper resistant, and stays snugly in place during use.

• Frames are made up of two teardrop posts, bracing and either standard or seismic footplates and are available in either assembled (bolted) or knockdown styles.
• All posts are made of 55,000 psi minimum yield cold-formed steel which meet RMI specs.
• Beams are available in a variety of beam profiles for different load requirements and are adjusted on 2" centers.  They come in either teardrop or Mecalux style (Mecalux style beams fit both teardrop and Mecalux posts.)  Beam options include Step beams (one piece), JN beams and Z beams which are used for building picking levels only.
