- Reduced Product Damage - properly securing loads with dunnage air bags can reduce product damage during transport.
- Reduced Labor Costs - requires less labor to secure loads with dunnage air bags than with lumber.
- Increased Customer Satisfaction - when your product arrives undamaged, your customer is happy.
- Versatility - the flexibility of these bags makes them a proven method of load securement.

TRUCK
Product loads shipped by truck can experience movement from front to back, side to side or vertically causing potential damage to your valuable cargo.
Dunnage air bags reduce load movement by creating a wall that helps keep the load in place. Placing one or two bags properly at the rear of the load, helps to restrict side movement by filling lateral voids and holding load firmly against the sidewalls of the truck.
INTERMODAL
Meet Association of American Railroad (AAR) specifications for proper and safe loading of many inter modal shipments.
Product loads shipped by piggyback or sea containers can often be subjected to prolonged, excessive movement, sometimes over very long distances, making it even more imperative that you use reliable bracing to ensure that your product arrives undamaged.
Dunnage air bags help to re-position loads toward end walls, assisting to eliminate length-wise voids, as well as acting as a cushion to help absorb shock.
OCEAN CONTAINER
Product loads shipped by overseas containers can shift both laterally and lengthwise if not properly cross-wire braced. Dunnage air bags are placed between lengthwise rows of the load to prevent movement.
All light weight dunnage air bags have "Zebra Stripes" printed on them to assist the operator in determining if they are using the correct size bag and if it is properly inflated, making them easier to use.
IT'S SIMPLE...when properly installed, the zebra strips on the dunnage air bag should be touching the lading / load. If the you can see the ends of the stripes, the void is too big.
Zebra Bag ™ Benefits include:
- Provide a quick visual aid to ensure that they are installed properly.
- Excellent training tool for any new or inexperienced employees.
- Your dock supervisors have quick confirmation that the loads are secure.
