Steel Shelving Unit Parts List


STANDARD DUTY (S) STEEL SHELVING CONFIGURATION:

Basic Units measuring no wider than 48" and no deeper than 24" are constructed of  the following components:

  • (4) Angle Posts (QP) with 2" x 3/16" welded footplates attached.
  • (8) Double Rivet Beams (QDR) full perimeter top and bottom of unit.
  • (2) Single Rivet Beams (QSR) for each additional middle shelf.
  • (1) Piece of shelving material for each shelf (top and bottom are counted as 1 shelf each).

Basic Units measuring over 48" wide and 36" or deeper are constructed of the following components:

  • (4) Angle Posts (QP) with footplates attached.
  • (8) Double Rivet Beams (QDR) full perimeter on top and bottom shelves.
  • (4) Single Rivet Beams (QSR) for each additional middle shelf.
  • (1) Piece of shelving material for each shelf (top and bottom are counted as 1 shelf each).

 

MEDIUM DUTY (M) STEEL SHELVING CONFIGURATION:

Basic Units measuring no wider than 48" and no deeper than 24" are constructed of  the following components:

  • (4) Angle Posts (QP) with 2" x 3/16" welded footplates attached.
  • (8) Double Rivet Beams (QDR) full perimeter top and bottom of unit.
  • (2) Double Rivet Low Profile Beams (QDRLP), left to right, for each additional middle shelf.
  • (2) Single Rivet Beams (SRB), front to back,  for each additional middle shelf.
  • (1) Piece of shelving material for each shelf (top and bottom are counted as 1 shelf each).

Basic Units measuring over 48" wide and 36" or deeper are constructed of the following components:

  • (4) Angle Posts (QP) with 2" x 3/16" welded footplates attached.
  • (8) Double Rivet Beams (QDR) full perimeter top and bottom of unit.
  • (4) Double Rivet Low Profile Beams (QDRLP), left to right and front to back, for each additional middle shelf.
  • (1) Piece of shelving material for each shelf (top and bottom are counted as 1 shelf each).

 

HEAVY DUTY STEEL SHELVING CONFIGURATION:

Basic (H) Units measuring no wider than 48" and no deeper than 48" are constructed of  the following components:

  • (4) Angle Posts (QP) with 2" x 3/16" welded footplates attached.
  • (4) Double Rivet Beams (QDR), left to right and front to back,  for each level including top and bottom.
  • (1) Piece of shelving material for each shelf (top and bottom are counted as 1 shelf each).

Basic (HB) Units measuring over 48" wide and 48" or deeper are constructed of the following components:

  • (4) Angle Posts (QP) with 2" x 3/16" welded footplates attached.
  • (4) Double Rivet Beams (QDR), left to right and front to back,  for each level including top and bottom.
  • (1) Beam Tie (BT) for each level
  • (1) Piece of shelving material for each shelf (top and bottom are counted as 1 shelf each).

 

BASIC WIDE SPAN STEEL SHELVING CONFIGURATION:

Basic (W) Units measuring 69" x 16" and 69" x 32" are constructed of  the following components:

  • (4) Angle Posts (QP) with 2" x 3/16" welded footplates attached.
  • (4) Double Rivet Beams (QDR), left to right and front to back,  for each level including top and bottom.
  • (1) Piece of shelving material for each shelf (top and bottom are counted as 1 shelf each).

Basic (WB) Units measuring 72" or 96" wide by 24", 36" or 48" deep are constructed of  the following components:

  • (4) Angle Posts (QP) with 2" x 3/16" welded footplates attached.
  • (4) Double Rivet Beams (QDR), left to right and front to back,  for each level including top and bottom.
  • (1) Beam Tie (BT) for each level
  • (1) Piece of shelving material for each shelf (top and bottom are counted as 1 shelf each).

Basic (WBC) Units measuring 96" wide by 24", 36" or 48" deep are constructed of  the following components:

  • (4) Angle Posts (QP) with 2" x 3/16" welded footplates attached.
  • (2) Double Rivet Channel Beams (QDRC), left to right , for each level including top and bottom.
  • (2) Double River Beams (QDR), front to back,  for each level including top and bottom.
  • (1) Beam Tie (BT) for each level
  • (1) Piece of shelving material for each shelf (top and bottom are counted as 1 shelf each).
