Energy and compassion are the driving forces in my family, personal and business life. I have a basketball team family; 5 kids and my wife (the coach), all of whom I run behind cleaning up after enjoying the game. I enjoy great food and wine, skiing (all types), and soccer, and get great satisfaction in the work that I do with my work family that I am fortunate enough to spend my days with. At the age of 3, I started my career in sales showing all my neighbors the benefits of the special rocks and used cardboard boxes that I could provide to them. A summer in St. Elias Alaska working at a fish processing plant taught me the value of hard work; and during my time at Seattle University, I waited tables learning that great customer service was the key to success. All these things helped shape me into the business person I am today. I am lucky enough to be married to the love of my life. As a team, we are passionate about family and community. This year my wife worked hard on an auction that raised over 300K for The Children’s Hospital Autism Center, of which I couldn’t be more proud of her. After working for DACO for a number of years, I was given the opportunity to purchase DACO along with my partner, Kevin Katona, and have enjoyed every minute spent growing the company, watching our visions come to life and assisting our many customers to help achieve their goals.
