Workhorse™ Model

DACO’s newest model is the Workhorse™ Stretch Pallet Wrapper which has a capacity of 3,500 pounds and the ability to wrap up to an 82” tall pallet load.  The Workhorse’s turntable tops out at a speed of 10 rpm, meaning it can process up to 25 loads per hour.  It features an easy-to-use control panel, mechanical brake film stretch, precise phase stopping at cycle end, front and rear forklift pickup points, optional entry and exit ramp, and a 1-year parts warranty.

Predator Model

The Predator Stretch Pallet Wrapper comes in three models with semi-automatic and automatic systems that provide simplified, select, and power pre-stretch wrapping.  Each model can process 25-30 loads per hour with a wrapping height of 80” and a maximum capacity of 4,000 pounds.  The Predator SS model offers a wrap force of 60 to 150% while the Predator XS and Platinum models provide a pre-stretch gear ratio of either 250% and 200%.  All Predator models come with a three-year warranty.

Synergy Model

The Synergy Pallet Wrapper Series comes in four standard models available online.  Additional models are available so contact us today to connect with a member of our team.  All Synergy models come with a three-year warranty and feature high and low-profile models, and semi-automatic wrapping systems.

Synergy .5 – Can handle 10-15 loads per hour with a maximum capacity of 4,000 pounds and a standard wrap height of 80”.  It provides an average stretch of 60%.  The model can be upgraded to handle an additional 1,000 pounds (5,000 lb. capacity).

Synergy 2 – Can handle 20-30 loads per hour with a load capacity of 5,000 pounds and a standard wrap height of 80”.  It offers three wrapping patterns and adjustable wrap parameters with an average stretch of 150%.  The Synergy 2 model comes with a heavy-duty ramp.

Synergy 2.5 – Offers the same features as the Synergy 2 but also offers powered pre-stretch including 150, 180 and 200 percent.

Synergy 3 – This is the most versatile and reliable stretch wrapper in the industry.  It includes all of the features of the Synergy 2.5 plus additional functionality.

Freedom Model

The Freedom Pallet Wrappers utilize a rotary arm that can wrap up to 30 loads per hour with a 200% stretch.  This model is ideal for increasing output by efficiently wrapping conveyor loads.

Types of Machine Stretch Wrap Film

Pairing the right Machine Stretch Wrap Film with your pallet wrapper is important to maximize the security and stability of your pallet handling.  DACO offers 60, 80, and 90 gauge film in clear and black colors with 20” and 30” widths.  Stretch wrap film comes in five models with roll lengths ranging from 5,000 to 7,500 feet.
