YOU SHIP, YOU HAVE DAMAGE, AND YOU HAVE CLAIMS...WE HAVE YOUR SOLUTION!

These Poly Woven Dunnage Air Bags provide excellent load force for your medium to heavy duty loads.

They are ideal when the load you are shipping is heavy duty, you don't want to take any unnecessary risks of it getting damaged.  When transporting loads by railcar, intermodal, ocean container or vessel, they can experience heavy oscillation as well as longitudinal and lateral movement.  The damage caused by not properly securing your loads can become costly, hinder productivity and make for very unhappy customers.  Poly woven dunnage air bags can handle the challenge.

Shipping Airbags to Keep Your Transports Safe

Properly installed dunnage air bags are the most cost effective and dependable way to secure your load, minimizing its movement by creating a wall to lock the load in place.  By filling voids, bracing loads and absorbing vibration, effectively keeping the product in place, damage is reduced and/or eliminated by the use of dunnage air bags.

Positioning dunnage air bags in voids and slack areas, will hold the load in place by exerting outward pressure against the load on either side, or between the load and the bulkhead.

TRUCK
Product loads shipped by truck can experience movement from front to back, side to side or vertically, causing potential damage to your valuable cargo.
Dunnage air bags reduce load movement by creating a wall that helps keep the load in place. Placing one or two bags properly at the rear of the load, helps to restrict side movement by filling lateral voids and holding load firmly against the sidewalls of the truck.

RAIL
Meet Association of American Railroad (AAR) specifications for proper and safe loading of many railcar shipments.
Product loads shipped by railcar can be very heavy weight and are often subjected to prolonged, excessive movement, making it necessary to properly brace the loads.

Dunnage air bags can be used to secure your palletized, unitized, slip-sheeted or loose-stacked loads both lengthwise and crosswise. Lengthwise bracing helps to re-position loads toward end walls, assisting to eliminate length-wise voids, as well as acting as a cushion to help absorb shock. Crosswise bracing, placed between lengthwise rows of the load, fill the voids and help to keep the product load held tightly against the sidewalls.

INTERMODAL
Meet Association of American Railroad (AAR) specifications for proper and safe loading of many inter modal shipments. Product loads shipped by piggyback or by ocean containers can often be subjected to prolonged, excessive movement, sometimes over very long distances, making it even more imperative that you use reliable bracing to ensure that your product arrives undamaged.

Dunnage air bags help to re-position loads toward end walls, assisting to eliminate length-wise voids, as well as acting as a cushion to help absorb shock.

SEA CONTAINER
Product loads shipped by overseas containers can shift both laterally and lengthwise if not properly cross-wire braced. Dunnage air bags are placed between lengthwise rows of the load to prevent movement.

VESSEL
Product loads shipped by sea vessels are exposed to prolonged motions caused by the pitch, roll, heave, sway and surge of the vessel at sea.
