ThermaSeal™ TM175 Sectional Overhead Doors are 1 3/4" thick and have a 3 layer construction - two layers of high strength galvanized steel with a layer of polyurethane insulation between them - providing a 16 R value.

Maximum Door Size is 36' wide x 22' high.

These commercial sectional overhead roll up doors are available in white or dark brown (Kynar).

• Constructed of 1 3/4" thick 3 layer door sections made from 2 outside layers of high-strength, impact-resistant steel with a thermal core layer of polyurethane in between.
• Exterior Steel Thickness 25 gauge / Interior Steel Thickness 26 gauge.
• End Stile Steel Thickness 16 gauge.
• Insulated R-value of 16.
• Manual, motor or hand chain operation.
• Thermal break, bottom seal (3" or 4" EPDM, or 3" yellow).  Optional header seal.
