DACO is proud to be 2023 / 2024 Winner of MHEDA Most Valuable Partner Award!
DACO works very hard to provide our customers with cost effective, quality products. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, as price changes may be made by the manufacturers which are beyond our control.
Sometimes errors in pricing can occur, and when discovered, DACO reserves the right to rescind the pricing and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions made. This applies to any order that has already been submitted to DACO, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Prior to returning any product an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) must be requested. Returns must be in like-new condition to receive full credit. Restocking charges may apply. In most instances the return freight shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are accepted if Daco is notified within 10 business days from receipt of goods as outlined in the Terms and Conditions on the reverse side of our invoice as well as on our website. Product must be shipped back within 5 working days after receiving an RGA number. Products shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions on returns, which includes their policy on restocking fees. Custom orders are not returnable.
DACO will honor a customer’s request to return product as often as possible.
DACO makes every effort to assure that parts and equipment we sell meet the highest possible standards of quality and durability. Parts and equipment sold by DACO are warranted to the original customer. The extent of any warranty coverage and the period the warranty is in effect will follow the limitations of the warranty policy of the company manufacturering the parts or equipment.
Warranties will not apply to defects due, directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or items that would normally be consumed or require replacement due to normal wear and tear. In no event shall DACO be liable for death, personal or property injury, or damages arising from the use of its products or purchased equipment.
To qualify as a warranty return, products or equipment must first be determined as under warranty by the manufacturer. A Return Goods Authorization must be issued prior to the return of any defective parts or equipment.
Once returned parts or equipment are determined to be under warranty by the manufacturer, and upon receipt of a credit memo from that manufacturer, DACO will credit our customer for the returned items.
Any shipping or labor charges not covered by the manufacturer will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping damage is not covered under warranty.
