The 4010 and 4011 Stainless Steel Hand Scrapers feature a threaded handle that will allow any Vikan color coded handle to be screwed into the bottom of the grip, allowing you to clean hard to reach areas. The corners of the blades are slightly rounded to prevent damage to the surface you are cleaning, and to the operator. Ideal for removing hard to remove substances, such as chocolate and sugar deposits.

The 4052 Flexible Hand Scraper has scraping edges on 3 sides, and is ideal for cleaing conveyor belts, work benches, and emptying contianers and buckets.

The 6963 High Temp Scraper is ideal for hot cooking surfaces such as griddles.

The 6971 & 6972 Stainless Steel Hand Scrapers are designed with a bevel blade to help loosen hard to remove substances such as dried pastry dough, chocolate, staches and burnt food. They are made 100% of FDA compliant materials, making them safe for food contact. The ridged blade and ergonomic handle allow for repeated and heavy use.
