Full Loading Dock Installation

Client: A third party logistics company (3PL) specializing in trucking, storage, distribution and cross dock services for a wide range of food products and general merchandise.

The Project Requirements: A new distribution location required the installation of loading docks complete with: (18) Hydraulic pit levelers, dock bumpers, (67) dock seals, (57) automatic truck restraints, wheel chalks, and traffic lights. The new docking system met the required objective of enhancing efficiency and safety for truckers and warehouse operations personnel.

Edge Of Dock Levelers

Client: Thrift Store Distribution Center (subcontract work for a General Contractor).

The Project Requirements: As part of the remodel of a thrift store warehouse, existing damaged, “edge of dock” levelers were removed and replaced with new units. Approach/ transition plates were added, anchored and welded into place for additional capacity. Budget constraints dictated that lower cost “edge of dock” levelers be installed for this customer.
