IBC Containers for Liquid Shipping

NON STOCK ITEM - Ships from Sealy Texas 77474

(SOLD ONLY BY THE PALLET LOAD - PALLET QUANTITY 12)  (PRICE PER EACH $150.00/$140.00)

The LiquiSet II Colapsible IBC Container is an economical, dependable and environmentally friendly alternative to other rigid container choices such as bottle-in-cages, drums and plastic or metal intermediate bulk containers.  It is intended for nonhazardous use, which is also dependent on the liner specs.

This IBC is sold as a complete package, and comes with everything you see below, except for the 48x40 pallet it rests on. The LiquiSet II is easy to assemble, please refer to Assembly Video on "Assembly Instructions Video" tab.  Unlike other paper IBC's, the LiquiSet II comes with a preinstalled liner cassette, eliminating the need to align the liner top fitting with the top of the box.

Because these paper IBC containers collapse, they save you valuable space when being stored or when initially shipped to you.  Made of heavy duty triple/triple wall corrugated paper (6 layers strong), they are designed to be a "one-way" container for shipping and handling of bulk liquids, capable of withstanding up to 10,000 lbs. of compression force.  These containers have passed the stringent ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) vibration and shock tests and have met the NMFTA (National Motor Freight Traffic Association) requirements for intermediate bulk containers for liquids.

The most important component of this IBC system is the 275 gallon form fit tote liner which dispenses from the bottom and comes with a 2" BSP threaded fill fitment with protective cap and 2" BSP threaded dispense fitment with crown cutter, protective cap and locking ring.  They are made from FDA approved materials and manufactured in a super clean environment.

Advantages of Collapsible Liquid Containers

  • Collapsible, saving valuable storage space when empty.
  • They require 80% less storage and shipping space than other non-collapsible IBC's.
    • (10) Collapsible Paper IBC Containers can hold 2,750 gallons of liquid.  Empty they take up 1 pallet position, or 32 sq.ft.
    • (10) Bottle in Cages hold 2,750 gallons of liquid.  Empty they take up 10 pallet positions, or 125 sq.ft.
    • (48) 55 gallon Drums hold 2,640 gallons of liquid.  Empty they take up 12 pallet positions or 192 sq.ft.
  • Because they are a one-way IBC container, there are no expenses associated with cleaning or return shipping.
