See through side measurement panel allows for unit of measurement in US gallons, UK gallons and milliliters.
These Measuring jugs are often used for handling a variety of raw ingredients before they are mixed together and processed. To prevent allergen cross-contact or cross-contamination from raw products to finished, they should be color coded and are available in red, green, yellow, green and white.
