• "Spring Assist" commercial overhead roll up door model.
• 17 x 11 pre-coated woven polyester mesh screen is mildew resistant and will not rot or tear and can hold up to the harshest weather conditions.
• Chain hoist operated - rolls up and down easily with adjustable stops, lockable.
• Roller tube has heavy duty spring with tension adjustment.
• Curtain Travel can be stopped at multiple positions.
• Heavy duty handle straps make opening and closing easy.
• Fiberglass pultrusion tubes act as horizontal stiffeners, and keep the screen and wheels in the side track even in windy conditions.
• "Bug Tight" seal provided by vertical aluminum track/EPDM seal.
• Double baffle valance provides a second barrier to help stop debris and pests.
