The StrongArm™ TL-85 Hydraulic Truck Restraint is electro-hydraulic operated and designed to services trucks with ICC bars from 12” to 26” above ground and offers a wide horizontal range of 0” to 12” beyond the face of the dock. when in vertical (locked) position.

It's major attributes include simplicity of design, heavy-duty construction and no regular adjustments or lubrication required.

• 3 major moving parts - hydraulic lift cylinder and dual heavy-duty return springs.
• Vehicle Restraint arm manufactured from 1.5” (38 mm) solid steel.
• Blue Genius™ Touch Control Panels - NEMA4X.
•  Arm is maintained in the locked position while in operation by Internal automatic pressure switch. It can be lowered manually in the event of a power failure.
• High performance power pack remotely mounted indoors to protect it from the elements and allow easy access.
• Outside LED traffic lights and dual driver warning signs with mirror image.
• System operation is authorized by keypad on Blue Genius control station.
• Communication system includes interior LED red, yellow and green indicator lights in the control station.
• Eliminates problems with bent ICC bars, lock-up from hook and impact design restraints.
