When Lori Anderson from DACO contacted me about the possibility of writing a Guest Blog for DACO, there wasn’t a second of hesitation. Of course, I would love to! Through all the years we’ve been doing business with DACO they have always been reliable, knowledgeable, and extremely fast in responding to us and the customers. I don’t think there’s much more you can look for in a company, which makes working with DACO, truly a pleasure!
About Us
As for us, we have been in business for over 25 years. We’re dedicated to manufacturing high quality industrial partitions, safety equipment and hi-performance doors designed to help companies flexibly separate space and increase productivity.
We started with a problem - stopping dust, dirt, and debris from wrecking paint jobs at Goff’s Auto Body in Pewaukee, WI. Like most companies, space was limited, so putting up permanent walls wasn’t an option. The idea was to create a Curtain Wall that would not only control contaminants, but also provide the flexibly to slide out of the way when not needed. This simple concept fixed this major problem for the body shop. And then it became clear: space isn’t just an issue for the auto body industry, but almost every industry. Today our curtains are used in all different types of industries from Auto Body to Industrial, Woodworking, Food Processing, Welding, Car Wash, Aviation, Pharmaceutical, Medical, and many others!
Our Products
From the curtain wall stemmed other concepts of ways to separate space. Our product line now includes welding curtains and screens, sound control curtains and screens, climate control curtains, food processing curtains, strip doors, and full line of high performance solid vinyl and mesh bug blocking doors.

DACO can come visit your facility, give you suggestions on which products are right for your application, and take measurements. Then we’ll build the product specifically for you, typically within 7-10 business days!
