Last Thursday and Friday we held our 1st quarter meeting which consisted of product learning sessions by some of our suppliers and employee computer and process training sessions, with a little fun mixed in too. Our Thursday night social this time was bowling, which is always a hoot. Although several are pretty good bowlers, some of us have to work very hard to keep the ball out of the gutter, but a good time was had by all. Above are our 1st Quarter "Knock Your Socks Off Customer Service Sock Winners", that were acknowledged by our customers for exceptional customer service. We applaud your efforts to go the extra mile for our customers. We also held our Learning Lottery, where we get a ticket for every hour we spend on our own time reading books and articles or watching videos or webinars that have taught us something worth sharing with one another.
